ABOUT US

MISSION IS TO INCREASE YOUR WELLNESS

Physical and mental wellness are essential to living a healthy, fulfilling and happy life. Because only when we feel good physically and mentally are we ready to master the challenges of our life, to make others and ourselves happy, to love and to love ourselves and to enjoy the beautiful things in life (no matter how small they are).

But what do the two terms actually mean? And what can we do to achieve physical and mental wellness?Mental wellness primarily affects our soul and spirit. Achieving mental wellness means dealing with yourself and your habits. This is not easy for most people because many habits are stubborn and working on yourself and your personality is exhausting. But it's worth it!

Anyone who has reached a certain level of mental wellness also feels up to the great challenges of life. You become increasingly resilient. You feel strong, as if nothing and nobody could harm you. And that makes you very happy and satisfied.

Physical wellness. Most people probably know roughly what that means. Most people who decide to live a healthier life set incredibly high goals that put them under pressure and that they cannot integrate into their everyday lives. At least not in the long term. What is happening? They fail. In order to achieve long-term physical wellness, it is better to set small goals, but to implement them consistently. Instead of jogging 5 km every day and going to the gym twice a week, it's better to avoid escalators and elevators from now on. Instead, take the stairs. Instead of feeling like a failure for eating a second piece of cake on aunt Bertha's birthday, it's better to remember when you're feeling good. For example, whenever you have drunk a large glass of water, whenever you bite into a juicy apple and whenever you have exercised extensively in the fresh air. This setting already does an incredible amount and the rest will follow automatically.

You will enjoy creating healthy routines because you will notice for yourself how good even small changes are. If you want to do something for your mental and physical health, then start right away. Just look at the sky for 5 minutes and try not to think about anything. After that, drink a large glass of water. Then think about which small steps you would like to take tomorrow.
